Giving Thanks

Every morning I give thanks

For this wonderful adventure

This beautiful dream

And magnificent illusion

We call being human

I give thanks for all the wonderful souls

That grace my life

I really enjoy the beautiful side of me

That they reflect

I give thanks for all the difficult people

In my life

I appreciate how they reflect to me

My stubborn and not so easy

To get along with side

I especially give thanks to the ass holes

In my life

I am ever so grateful that they have

Given up their bliss so that

I may see that part of me

I don’t want to see
